Apple Releases iOS 26.1 Update With New Liquid Glass Setting, Several Security Fixes
Apple's iOS 26.1 update is now available for users to download and install. The new firmware upgrade brings a much-anticipated option for users, which will allow them to switch between the default clear Liquid Glass look and a new tinted look. It also introduces Communication Safety and Web content filters for children aged between 13 and 17 to limit them from viewing adult websites. The company has also fixed various known issues with previous versions of iOS 26, like AirDrop icon visual defects in the iOS share sheet.
