Apple Tipped to Turn to Intel to Build Its Entry-Level M-Series Chipsets
Apple is reportedly set to bring Intel back into its chip supply chain, with the chipmaker tipped to begin producing entry-level M-series processors in 2027. As per the tipster, Intel is working with Apple on its upcoming 18AP node under an NDA and could supply 15–20 million units annually. If accurate, it would mark a shift from Apple’s current reliance on TSMC.
