Apple to Reportedly Use AI-Powered Tags to Improve App Discoverability on the App Store
Apple is reportedly planning to add a new app discoverability feature to the App Store. As per the report, the feature was first revealed in a developer-focused session at the WWDC 2025. Dubbed App Store Tags, it uses AI models to create new labels based on the features and functionalities of apps. The models pick the information from the app listing page.
