Google is discontinuing the dark web report, which was meant to scan the dark web for personal information of users. The company announced that it will stop scanning for new breaches on January 15, 2026. The dark web report will no longer be available to access from February 16, 2026. Google said that it is shifting the focus to tools that give users clearer, actionable steps to protect their information online.
