GrabAGun Slips on Second Amendment Court Ruling
GrabAGun Digital Holdings Inc. (NYSE:PEW), an online retailer of firearms, ammunition and related accessories, today provided the following statements applauding the Ninth Circuit’s ruling in Rhode v. Bonta, which struck down California’s ammunition background check law as unconstitutional. In a two-to-one decision, the appellate court ruled that California’s requirement for a background check before every ammunition purchase violates the Second Amendment.
