iOS 26 to Improve Child Account Setup Process, Will Allow Parents to Share Child's Age Range With Apps
Apple is improving parental controls with its upcoming iOS 26 update. Upcoming improvements include a streamlined Child Account setup, more granular App Store age ratings, and the option for parents to share a child's age range with apps for age-appropriate content. Parents will also be able to use Communication Limits to approve new contacts on Messages and third-party apps.
