MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC has been launched, featuring a third-generation design with only performance cores, and it delivers up to 29 percent better single-core and 16% better multi-core performance than its predecessor. Flagship smartphones like the Oppo Find X9 series and Vivo X300 lineup will be launched with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC in Q4 2025.
