SailPoint Soars on Q1 Results

SailPoint, Inc. (NASDAQ: SAIL) shares took off like a speedboat Wednesday. The Austin, Texas-based company, a leader in enterprise identity security, today announced financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended April 30, 2025.
“We delivered another strong quarter, driven by continued expansion across our customer base and strong adoption among Fortune 500 and Forbes Global 2000 companies,” said CEO Mark McClain.
Total Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) was $925 million, an increase of 30% year-over-year. SaaS ARR was $574 million, an increase of 39% year-over-year.
Total revenue was $230 million, an increase of 23% year-over-year. Subscription revenue was $215 million, an increase of 27% year-over-year.
GAAP operating loss was $(185) million, or (80)% of revenue, compared to $(68) million, or (36)% of revenue in fiscal Q1 2025. Adjusted income from operations was $24 million, or 10% of revenue, compared to $19 million, or 10% of revenue in fiscal Q1 2025.

SAIL shares jumped $3.44, or 17%, to $23.09.
