Samsung Galaxy S26 Series Reportedly Gets Gemini’s AI-Backed Task Automation Tool Upgrade
Google’s Gemini AI task automation feature has started rolling out to the Samsung Galaxy S26 series, according to a report. Showcased by Google during the Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event on February 25, the feature is confirmed to also arrive on the Pixel 10 series phones. The feature allows users to delegate tedious tasks to the AI assistant. It is capable of executing tasks in the background in a secure and virtual window, allowing users to access other apps while Gemini runs the task assigned by the user. For example, users can ask Gemini to book a cab or order lunch for them while they are browsing social media apps.
