10:47 AM EST - Ascot Resources Ltd. : Has submitted a financial hardship exemption application to the Toronto Stock Exchange under Section 604(e) of the TSX Company Manual in respect of its previously announced brokered private placement and amendments to certain credit agreements of the Company to raise a minimum of C$60,000,000 and up to a maximum of C$65,000,000. The Company expects to raise approximately the minimum amount of C$60,000,000. Ascot Resources Ltd. (T.A\OT) shares were unchanged at 0.105.
