Vivo is expected to hold a launch event in China in March, where it may unveil the Vivo X300 Ultra and the Vivo X300s. Leaks suggest the Vivo X300s will arrive as a minor upgrade over the Vivo X300, powered by the Dimensity 9500+ chipset. It is tipped to feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display, a 200-megapixel primary camera alongside a periscope telephoto shooter, and a 7,000mAh battery. The phone may remain China-exclusive initially.
