Investors exposed to the medicare plan sector will watch UnitedHealth (UNH) today. Despite the firm denying a Wall Street Journal report of a Department of Justice probe, UNH stock dropped by 10.93% to close at $274.35.

UNH shares traded as low as $248.88, a new 52-week low, before buyers bought shares after 11 a.m. on Thursday. The stock has a high chance of indicating capitulation. Selling volume is easing.

Alphabet’s (GOOG) Google is showing strong sales for its artificial intelligence service. The company told Reuters that Google One subscriptions topped 150 million, a 50% increase since February 2024, when it had 100 million subscriptions. The service costs $19.99 a month. Users get AI features and file storage, while free users only get file storage.

GOOGL stock is down 13.39% in 2025. Shares have formed an uptrend since April, when the stock traded as low as $140.53.

Nvidia (NVDA) may have a windfall with its investment in CoreWeave (CRWV). At the end of the first quarter, it held around $900 million worth of CRWV stock. CoreWeave is up nearly 20% in the last week. It is up 96.24% from its 52-week low.

After the S&P 500 (IVV) added Coinbase (COIN), the firm reported that the Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating its user numbers. Coinbase may have misreported its user number. The firm also reported that cybercriminals successfully bribed overseas
support agents, who then stole customer data. This could cost Coinbase around $400 million to fix.
