9:55 AM EST - First Capital Real Estate Investment Trust : Announced today that it has received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to renew its normal course issuer bid which will enable it to purchase for cancellation up to 21,120,181 of its outstanding Trust Units, representing 10% of the REIT's public float (being 211,201,814 Units as at the close of business on May 7, 2025). As at the close of business on May 7, 2025, the REIT had 212,420,872 issued and outstanding Units.
