Xiaomi 17 series will be launched in China this month, featuring the Xiaomi 17, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max. The company has announced the Xiaomi 17 series launch date and the lineup will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. Xiaomi replaces the Ultra branding with Pro Max, possibly to compete more directly with Apple. All models have Leica-backed cameras, while the Pro models add a “Magic Back Screen.” Despite upgrades, pricing is expected to match predecessors.
