Apple has started rolling out the iOS 26.5 beta 1 update for developers, allowing them to test the new firmware version, provide feedback, and report bugs and other issues before it is rolled out to a wider user base. The update reportedly introduces a new "Suggested Places" section in Apple Maps, which is said to provide recommendations to users for trending places they can visit. Moroever, the company is testing end-to-end encrypted RCS messages between iPhone and Android phones.
